3.Sell Contract at a discount to Cash Buyer Under Value

The amount you get paid, is the value you bring. There is no set commission or minimum you will make. It all depends on how much you can sell your contract.

This is not a get rich quick scheme. There is work that is involved, but it can be done from your computer. You can outsource 100% to others and still work your 9-5 if that is what you want to do.

Once you have the knowledge, you will be able to make money in any market whether it is falling in a recession or going up in bull market.

I do not know all there is to know about real estate, but I know enough to talk to sellers in a negotiation, agents and brokers. You only need to know more information than the person you are talking too. If you don't know an answer, you don't know it.
